Careers Program
Welcome to RBSS career programs. The Career Programs Centre is inside the Couselling Centre.
Services offered are apprenticeship programs, work experience programs, tuition free district career programs, police academy, hospital academy, fire academy and career exploration advising.
The Career Centre is open to any student, any time (with teacher permission!). Please contact Mr. Dods (jeff.dods@abbyschools.ca) if have any questions.

Secondary School Apprenticeships:
Students can earn 16 credits towards graduation and be eligible for a $1000 scholarship! See Mr. Dods for more information. PS: Abbotsford School District has the most youth apprentices of any School District in the Province and Robert Bateman has the most youth apprentices of any school in the district! Robert Bateman (through the Youth Apprentice Program) averages 18 ($1000 Cash) Trades Apprenticeship stcholarships each year.
