Drama

At RBSS we have a tradition of excellence. Our Drama program is outstanding in the classroom and in the community.  We do many performances during the year, both in and out of class.

Some units we cover in class are: Mime, monologues, dialogues, make- up, Shakespeare, directing / scriptwriting, film projects, backstage skills and Improvisation.

Some of our productions include:  student 1 Acts in the Fall, a winter variety show, pep rallies, airbands, Spring presentations and pre-COVID Fairytale and Puppet shows for local elementary schools. 

If you would like to make some new friends, learn some important public speaking skills and have fun -then  sign up for Drama class today! Some of our graduates have gone to UFV in Theater or are currently working professionally in BC's Film Industry.

We meet Monday - Thursday in Drama room. (N104). We always welcome new tech volunteers!

We will be performing in December for 1 act Festival representing RBSS, and possibly again in April for scholarships.
