Student Services/Counselling


Our counsellors are here to help you with educational, personal, and social issues you might be encountering.  Some of the reasons people may see a counsellor are:

  • course changes and academic planning
  • liasoning between students and staff
  • listening and helping with personal issues
  • providing information about scholarship and bursary opportunities
  • connect you to resources in the community
  • help you with decision making and problem solving

To see one of our counsellors, drop by the Counselling Centre and personaly arrange a time to meet with them or email them by clicking their names above.

Careers Coordinator:

Mr. Dods is our Careers coordinator.  Students can ask Mr. Dods about district career programs, hospital rotation, fire academy, vet rotations, police academy and secondary school apprenticeship.

Work Experience:

Mr. Dods is our Work Experience coordinator.  Grade 12 students can earn credits for either paid or volunteer work within the community.  Come see Mr. Dods at the end of Grade 11 to discuss your options.
